Budtenders play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, educating customers about our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidates will have a passion for cannabis, excellent communication skills, and a desire to help customers find the right products for their needs.
As a Budtender, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, answering questions about different strains and consumption methods, and providing personalized recommendations based on customer preferences. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
· Educate customers about cannabis products, including strains, effects, and dosages.
· Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and desired outcomes.
· Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
· Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and organizing displays.
· Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends.
· Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing cannabis retail operations.
· Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
· Knowledge of cannabis products and industry trends is a plus.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
Must be at least 21 years of age and comply with all legal requirements for working in a cannabis dispensary.
