As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales
plans and strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will lead by example,
actively engaging with customers to drive sales and provide exceptional service.
Additionally, you will coach, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure they have the skills
and knowledge to succeed.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and
maximize revenue.
Lead and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to sales staff to enhance

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the cannabis industry or a
related field.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a
team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
Knowledge of cannabis products and industry trends is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is
