Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Able to pass all background checks/fingerprinting as required by state cannabis agencies.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of work/education experience accepted.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with effective time management skills.
- Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds be able to stand for long periods of time, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.
- Excellent organization skills, with a high attention to detail
- Effective multitasker with the ability to prioritize daily and weekly tasks.
- Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills; ability to correspond in a professional and business manner.
- Demonstrate strong technical skills to perform at a daily high level.
- Ability to collaborate and work with others, while also able to work with limited supervision.
Responsibilities
- Process online orders for accurate and timeliness, exceeding customer expectations.
- Uphold Firebrand policies and CCC regulations with impeccable precision, ensuring operational integrity.
- Conduct daily counts and reconciliations to maintain flawless inventory levels across all categories.
- Ensure every product adheres to state/local regulations with proper tagging and documentation.
- Reconcile inventory data with the METRC system, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Maintain organized storage areas, ensuring efficiency and optimal space utilization.
- Track delivery records and invoices meticulously, conforming to state regulations and management guidelines.
- Inspect products against quality standards, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
- Generate purchase orders and transfers to fulfill stock requirements for smooth sales operations.
- Create and maintain accurate inventory level reports for informed decision-making.
